DadDivision Return Policy

30-Day Returns

At DadDivision, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

  • Returned in its original packaging when possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before making your return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

This helps ensure you receive the correct size, color, or design as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at kevin@daddivision.com so we can make it right.

Including photos of the issue will help us resolve your request more quickly.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
